Planning permission has been granted for 110 new homes at a Peterborough development.
The application from Keepmoat Homes is at Paston Reserve off Newborough Road.
Previously 98 dwellings had been proposed for the site before a revised application was submitted.
The proposed 110 units comprise a mix of two, three and four bedroom dwellings along with associated roads, parking areas and gardens.
All will be available for private sale and are not classed as ‘affordable’.
The homes – built on farmland – will each have two parking spaces, on top of 20 visitor spots.
