Creations has overhauled its menu from just desserts to extensive Lebanese dishes too – and now they’re hoping to add beer and wine onto the menu.
In an application submitted to Peterborough City Council, applicants for the Burghley Road venue explained that they are looking to add a mini fridge below their coffee machine to stock wine and beer for customers.
CCTV will be installed at the venue as a result, and colleagues will be well-trained on the Challenge 25 policy to ensure they stay in line with the legal drinking age.
The business is now operating as a Lebanese food, dessert and shisha bar.
Creations was one of the few dessert bars based in the city centre, and has since been transformed into a hot-food restaurant to offer even more options onto their menu.
Trip Advisor reviews has seen customers praise the new owners for what they have done to expand the business. One user wrote: “New owners to take his place and added a fantastic meal with hot food and also Shisha. The new seating and the space in that environment is fantastic and you clearly care about social distancing.”
Creations has also implemented an online service to allow customers to order online.
