Former doctors surgery to transform into house of multiple occupancy

The property on Church Walk has been derelict since June 2019, and architectural firm TMVA Architects are now looking to transform the property.

It will be made into a six-bedroom house, with two of the residents sleeping on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom each.

All six bedrooms across the property will have their own private bathroom, and bedroom five and six will also be a studio room, with a miniature kitchen inside.

There will be a communal lounge and dining area, with a communal kitchen too.

Plans have now been submitted to the council pending their approval.
